Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We proudly ship worldwide so everyone can experience flawless skin and fresh brushes.


Where do you ship from?

We ship from our international fulfillment center in Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. All requests after this time will be denied. However, your order can be returned for a full refund once it is received.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Stripe AMEX) and PayPal payments.


When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time during holidays or sale seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 1–2 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If you don’t receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
These payments are your responsibility and are not covered by BrushyGlow. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs department.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at support@brushyglow.com with your order number and the reason for return, and our support team will guide you through the process.


What if the item I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Please contact us immediately if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective.
Include your order number, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item or cancellation request.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Contact your bank or card issuer, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

  2. If you still haven’t received it, email us at support@brushyglow.com ,and we’ll assist you right away
